Turning On and Enabling the Add-In

Turning on the GeoPDF Publisher for ArcGIS Pro Add-In

1. Open Project on the main menu, click Licensing.
2. Locate External Extensions and verify that the GeoPDF Publisher Add-In is turned on. If it is not turned on, check the Enabled box.
3. Click Close.

The TerraGo ribbon should be visible within the ArcGIS Pro workspace.

The Export Configuration and Export GeoPDF tools activate when an ArcGIS Pro Layout View is the active view. A Mapframe is required in the Layout to export a GeoPDF. About, Help, and Preferences tools are always available. 

Enabling the Config and Export tools

To enable the Config and Export tools, create at least one Layout View and a Mapframe:

1. Open the Insert ribbon, select New Layout, and choose page size.
2. Open the Insert ribbon, select New Mapframe, and provide the extents.
