To assist you in trouble-shooting, GeoPDF Publisher for ArcGIS creates an error log for specific product features such as GeoPDF Export. The log files are located in the TerraGo Technologies\GeoPDF Publisher for ArcGIS\ folder where your application data is stored. The file names begin with GeoPDF_ .
To locate the log files, open Windows File Manager and enter %appdata%\TerraGo Technologies\GeoPDF Publisher for ArcGIS\ into the address bar.
The log files are:
- GeoPDF_Export.log
- GeoMark_Export.log
- GeoMark_Import.log
- GeoPDF_View.log
- Product_License.log
